Roblox Gym League tips:
Stamina is a big part of game. If you don’t wanna grind stamina use light weight until the aura bar reaches max and then put on the max weight.
Just focus on treadmill in the beginning and get minimum stamina recommended for that gym. Check list below. After that, just train, afk, and grind. You should aim to do 100% on that muscle group. Often check stats to see where you are lacking.
Recommended stamina for all gyms:
Beach Gym: 1K
Underground Gym: 100K
The Gym: 10 million but 1 million is the minimum
Golden Gym: 500 million but 300 million is the minimum
Cyber Gym: 100 billion but 50 billion is the minimum
Gravity Gym: 10 trillion but 5 trillion is the minimum
This game isn’t actually that grindy just do a low weight and spam it because if you do high weight your stamina drains a lot unless your in end game in gravity gym.
You can go in same server together with another user from discord for friend boost. Afk treadmill for many days when you reach a new gym. Just grind and you will make progress. You need to afk overnight it helps. Use boosts too.
Yea stamina gets really hard at gym 5 and then easy at gym 6. You gotta grind stamina for like 10 hrs maybe. AFK Grind overnight, use Power-Ups & Buy Gamepasses.
You can farm automatic stamina with auto train. Get stamina faster with all muscle growth boosts. If you dont plan on getting more robux anytime soon get auto train. You are gonna need it for gym 5 and gym 6. They are extremely “afk’y”.
Best potion to spend money on in gym 5 are
creatine, protein powder, and small pump potion.
Training speed calculations involve how fast will you train per minute and how it increases pump. Training speed boost does not increase pump but you will get pump faster since you rep faster, and how it works is simple af, for example, if it takes you 2 seconds to do 1 rep, with 100% training speed boost it will be 1 second etc.
You should always go in this order:
Chest (bench press)
Back (deadlift)
Abs (leg raises)
Calfs (front squat)
Legs (leg press)
Biceps (hammer curl)
Shoulders (push press
Triceps (tricep curl)
Forearms (wrist curl)
What is recommended for basic competition?

Like The Galaxy Weight only useful at last gym since you need to lift 2x more than the normal max Weight but meanwhile Mutated genes 200%+ more strength boost.

- Black hole (2x definite muscle boost especially in higher gyms where you are at max weights in the first alter)
- Hyper pump (makes it around 30-40% faster to get a pump which also means 30-40% less stamina for a cycle)
- Intelligent trainer (training speed and pump is massive, makes u lift like flash)
- Pumped (good value 40 robux for 20% boost, 2 robux per 1%)
- Muscle man (value 400 robux for 100% boost, 4 robux per 1%)
- Mutated (kinda value 1k robux for 200%, 5 robux per 1%, kinda expensive tho take a look at the packs in the “ALL PACKS” section)
[NOTE MUSCLE GAIN LESS EFFECTIVE IN HIGHER GYMS BECAUSE IT STACKS ADDITIVELY WITH BODY ALTER AND POWERUPS, BETTER OFF WITH MORE TRAINING SPEED AND PUMPS]
Time savers
- AUTO TRAIN (very good to have, high qol, MUST HAVE FOR MOBILE USERS, although might take longer to get 1 cycle pumps since auto train stops at 30% stamina, if you don’t have autotrain you must aim for 1 cycle pump with autoclicker or you fall off the machine, but with autotrain you can go 2 cycle pumps or more since it makes you rest before running out of stamina)
- Stamina master (saves u a couple hrs of treadmill for stamina in gym 4 & 5, but not useful in gym 6 since rlly easy to gain the required stamina, although who knows next gym might give even higher stamina requirements)
Not recommended
- Extra cash (saves you pretty good amount of time for doing competition and buying powerups, also good for rolling mythic auras but it stacks additively with other powerups so it’s not that favorable, being expensive makes it not in the “time savers” place)
- VIP (seems good at the start but only gives 50% muscle growth for 349, 7 robux per 1%, the body alter and vip aura isn’t even their best in slot by far. no good packs to partner with)
- skips (cheap and saves u lots of boring rolling time but u can just auto click that)
